The Entrepreneurship Academy 2025 is a transformative initiative investing over R150 000 in training, mentorship, and business development for high school learners in Worcester. Funded by The Sarel and Hettie Pool Charitable Trust (SHPCT), this program aims to foster economic empowerment and social innovation in the Boland Region.


In partnership with Access Network Africa, a leading Social Impact Consultancy, the Academy will equip students with entrepreneurial and leadership skills to develop real-world solutions to community challenges.

  • Entrepreneurial Development & Support

  • Leadership Development & Support


Program Overview

This hands-on program follows a five-phase approach, combining theory, practical learning and mentorship to help learners:

  • Identify community challenges and business opportunities.

  • Develop innovative solutions using design thinking.

  • Gain financial literacy and business skill

  • Build self-sustaining ventures that benefit their community

  • Receive ongoing mentorship and support for long-term success
